Ingredients:

  • 2 kg tangerines
  • 10 dl whipping cream
  • 400 g sugar

Preparation :

Squeeze the tangerines and mix the juice with sugar and whipped cream. Freeze the sorbet for at least three hours, occasionally stirring the mixture. Use tangerine zest and mint leaves to garnish.
