Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 5 eggs 
  • 1/2 l milk
  • 125 g flour
  • 100 g chocolate with hazelnuts
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 g butter

Preparation:

Whisk eggs and flour and pour the milk gradually, until the batter is creamy. In a non stick pan, greased wirh butter, pour about one large tablespoon of batter and cook on both sides.
Meanwhile melt the chocolate and use it as a spread for your palacinke. Put the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and whisk in one direction until a foamy cream forms. Cover the palacinka with the yolk cream (zabaione) and bake au gratin in oven for a few minutes. Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
